Tapping into my my fashion sixth sense, there is much to be revealed for current trends. This season is over flowing with Dreamy femininity and speaks of a new fashion flirtation with beautiful embroidery, sensual silhouettes and a gorgeous helping of 70's - style silhouettes galore!! I am thrilled to see the period in the limelight right now in every form from disco queen to bohemian child.  One 70's trend that i cant seem to get enough of is the off-the-shoulder dress and peasant blouses which ruled this seasons runway. 

This vintage-inspire top is a simply beautiful interpretation of the trend. Agree? faded peach in colour with tie detailing and voluminous sleeves it will make a stellar addition in any wardrobe.

WOW we have come a long way...nearly 6 months in and loving every second of it, creating new designs recieving great response from the fashionable and this is only the beginning for our Cinnamon baby...

The Two of us, Farran and Cherazade have started with what we had which wasnt much, our sewing machines, knowledge from tech and some fabric which was from the good old college days...put it all to good use, fortunatley got a sponsered office thanx to Keith and just expanded. Moved to a bigger office, started getting bigger units as have more orders therfore saw an opportunity to do some markets... Trust us tho the fashion industry is not all glamorous have lots of cockroaches out and about checking us out giving us good scares lol and shopping for fabric well lets just say never wear your best attire...

And now we have been featured in an online magazine called In The Know and in the process of being featured in Salt Water Girl and Seventeen. We have been approached by stores looking for South African designers who stumbled upon us on good old faithful Facebook...We have our own website too which we are so proud of and have come as far as delivering to customers in Johannesburg and Cape Town...

Cinnamon is a brand every girl can relate to, we have affordable everyday to day wear and on par with trends happening all over the world...We are starting a Cinnamon Premium range which will be your more special occasions dress, for example Durban July coming up and cocktail dresses etc...

Yes so its here once again but even bigger better and more exciting...

This year sailor is even filtering into winter so awesome...Your look can be as simple as wearing the "mariniere" the striped tee which was founded way back by Coco Chanel paired with a boyfriend blazer and skinnys...

Or the way Cinnamon has done in the reverse, a tee with small touches of sailor paired with a sailor blazer which is more in-your-face. Cinnamon is in love and have a cool whole range with sailor influences go check it out...
